Hanover House is restored as a monument of early French Huguenot colonial structure. The museum interprets the lifestyles of Lowcountry South Carolina. The house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1994, Hanover was relocated to the South Carolina Botanical Garden, and now overlooks an heirloom vegetable garden.
