Discover Upcountry Carolina Association is one of South Carolina’s regional tourism development and promotion agencies as designated by the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism (SCPRT). The Association was established in 1978 and serves Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, and Spartanburg Counties.
