Each villa includes linens, basic cooking and eating utensils, heat, air conditioning, microwave, color television, automatic coffee maker, screened porch, outside grill and picnic table.

Two 2-bedroom villas are user friendly for the physically impaired.

Pets are not permitted in villas or villa areas.
