Conestee Nature Preserve is a 406-acre, non-profit, state-designated Wildlife Sanctuary located just five miles south of downtown Greenville. An accessible oasis of natural beauty within the most developed section of the Upstate, the Preserve has steadily expanded its acreage, trails, amenities, and programming each year since opening to the public in 2006. Today CNP includes over 13 miles of trails, boardwalks, and bog walks; 11 wildlife observation decks; and 40 self-guided learning stations presenting the natural history and the human history of the property.
