Falls Park on the Reedy River
Greenville, SC 29602
The Reedy River flows through Greenville making a spectacular 28-foot drop over the falls in the historic West End District of Greenville. The falls are the center piece of Falls Park and can best be viewed from Liberty Bridge, a one of a kind, cantilevered, 355-foot long curved pedestrian bridge. This is the site where Greenville's first European settler, Richard Pearis, established his trading post in 1768 and later built gristmills and sawmills here.
