Oconee County:

The Walhalla Performing Arts Center.
  • Walhalla Performing Arts Center – Location:  101 East N. Broad Street, Walhalla, SC, 29691
    • Originally used as an old school in the early 1900s, the Walhalla Performing Arts Center was established in 1993.  Check out all the newest events, from music to theatre, to documentaries, and get your tickets here

  • Restaurants Nearby: Don’t miss all that Main Street Walhalla offers! The Steak House Cafeteria is a local institution known for its meat and threes (especially fried chicken); Trailhead Tavern for a wide selection of drinks and bites for all appetites; and Steph’s Steaks, where people rave about the great service and cheesesteak sandwiches.

Peace Center, downtown Greenville.

Greenville County:

  • Peace Center – Location: 101 West Broad Street, Greenville, SC, 29601
    • In late 1990, the Peace Center was constructed, hosting Broadway plays, classical musicians, artist showcases, and more! Buy tickets to their upcoming events here.
  • Center Stage – Location: 501 River Street, Greenville, SC, 29601
    • Started in 1983, this year-round, 285-seat theatre is best known for its yearly “SC New Play Festival”, which receives submissions from playwrights around the country.  Check out the latest shows at this link and next season’s shows here.
  • Restaurants Nearby: Centre Stage and the Peace Center are a few blocks away! For great bites and beverages, try The Cazbah for tapas and great cocktails; Maestro Bistro & Dinner Club for a little something for everyone (including a vegan/vegetarian menu), with a speakeasy down the hall; and The Lazy Goat for amazing Mediterranean food and great views of the Reedy River.
  • Younts Center – 315 N. Main Street, Fountain Inn, SC, 29644
    • Originally constructed as the Fountain Inn Elementary School in the early 20th century, the Younts Center underwent extensive renovations to create the 418-seat theatre. Check out what’s on stage and buy tickets here.
    • Restaurants Nearby: Don’t miss El Patrón Mexican Restaurant downtown; Cucina 100 for unique pasta and Italian creations; and The Farehouse-Fountain Inn for a great cocktail menu and gluten-free options!
