The following includes year-round markets, followed by seasonal picks from Oconee, Pickens, and Anderson counties, along with their locations, opening hours, and what to expect at each market. Year-Round Markets
Town of Iva Farmers Market – Location: 626 E Front St, Iva, SC, 29655. Opening Hours: Saturdays year-round (7 am – 1 pm). Details: Spring through fall are the busiest seasons for this downtown area farmers’ market, with vendors selling local watermelons, peaches, apples, and more. Don’t miss winter markets, with hardy leafy greens like collards, and craft fairs closer to the holiday seasons!
Buddy’s Market – Location: 255 Old Clemson Hwy., Seneca, SC, 29672. Opening Hours: Mondays – Fridays (10 am – 6 pm), and Saturdays (10 am – 4 pm). Details: From locally made heat & eat meals, provisions from around the area, to produce and farm-fresh meats and dairy, don’t miss this family-run market in Seneca!
Tiger Valley Farm & Market – Location: 703 W Main Street, Central, SC, 29630. Opening Hours: Mondays – Fridays (11 am – 6 pm), and Saturdays (10 am – 5 pm). Details: From locally grown produce to dairy products and more, this market on Central’s Main Street is a hit with locals.
Mill Creek Farms Market – Location: 3020 Walhalla Hwy, Six Mile, SC, 29682. Opening Hours: Mondays – Saturdays (9 am – 7 pm), and Sundays (1 – 7 pm). Details: Open since 2006, this family-owned market, which started with the farm’s strawberries, blueberries, vegetables, and high-quality beef, has expanded to include classic pantry staples, old-fashioned candies, handcrafted goods, and unique finds.
Concord Market – Location: 208 Concord Road, Anderson, SC, 29621. Opening Hours: Mondays – Fridays (9 am – 6 pm), and Saturdays (9 am – 5 pm). Details: Don’t miss this market in Anderson, complete with farmers selling local fruits and vegetables, potted flowers and plants, honey, local eggs, sausage, milk, and much more!
Winslett’s Market – Location: 401 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC, 29642. Opening Hours: Mondays – Fridays (8 am – 6:30 pm), and Saturdays (8 am – 6 pm). Details: Winslett’s Market is a local one-stop shop for fresh groceries and high-quality gardening supplies. Their market has organic foods, seasonal items, as well as pumpkins during the fall and Christmas trees during the winter.
Farm in the Wildwood – Location: 107 Collins Rd., Piedmont, SC, 29673. Opening Hours: Thursdays – Saturdays (9 am – 2 pm). Details: Visit this SC Certified Roadside Market for locally-sourced veggies, milk, bread, meat, produce, candles, soap, cheese, coffee, honey, gifts, and more! They also operate a plant nursery featuring perennials, fruits, native plants, herbs, ornamentals, vegetable starts, and the tools needed to help jumpstart your garden.
Greenville State Farmers Market – Location: 1354 Rutherford Rd., Greenville, SC, 29609. Opening Hours: Mondays – Saturdays (8 am – 6 pm). Details: The Greenville State Farmers Market features retail and farmer stalls offering locally grown products and specialty goods. They’re open all year round except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Mauldin Open Air Market – Location: 699 E Butler Rd, Mauldin, SC 29662. Opening Hours: Mondays – Saturdays (8 am – 8 pm), and Sundays (11 am – 8 pm). Details: This corner market is an excellent year-round stop, offering a wide selection of fresh produce, delicious cheeses, pickles, jams, and other specialty items.

Seasonal Markets
Oconee County:
- Foothills Heritage Market – Location: 2063 Sandifer Blvd., Seneca, SC, 29678. Opening Hours: Saturdays (8 am – 12 pm), May through mid-September. During FARM Center events, they stay open longer, and during peak season, they also open every Tuesday (4 – 5 pm). Details: Discover the freshest local produce, fruits, honey, eggs, and meats at this Farmers Market—sourced from trusted growers within 50 miles.
- Walhalla Farmers Market – Location: Owens Park (Main & College Streets), Walhalla, SC. Opening Hours: Saturdays (8:30 am – 12 pm), May 3rd – September 27th (unless otherwise noted). Details: The Walhalla Farmers Market exists to provide an outlet for handmade crafts and local agricultural products grown within a 50-mile radius of Walhalla.
Pickens County:
- Hometown Market – Location: 190 New Hope Road, Clemson, SC, 29631. Opening Hours: Mondays – Saturdays (10 am – 6 pm), starting March 3rd. Details: Stop in for all your favorites from over 75 regional suppliers! They offer a wide selection of dairy products, produce, meats, fresh-baked goods, spices, and more. Fridays this year, enjoy the Seafood Market pop-up, with fresh seafood straight off the boats in Charleston, SC!
Anderson County:
- Anderson County Farmers Market – Location: 402 North Murray Avenue, Anderson, SC, 29624. Opening Hours: Saturdays (10 am – 2 pm) in May; Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (8 am – 1 pm), June 1st – November 22nd. Details: This market is open to all local farmers and vendors who produce in Anderson County. Stay tuned for their annual Holiday Markets, held on Saturdays (10 am – 2 pm) between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Belton Farmer’s Market – Location: Corner of N Main St and Blake St., Belton, SC, 29627. Opening Hours: Saturdays (9 am – 1 pm), April – October. Details: Bring a friend and enjoy a delicious cup of locally roasted coffee and artisan goodies while shopping for local produce, as well as wonderful handcrafted gifts and home decor.
- Easley Farmers Market – Location: N 1st Street, Easley, SC, 29642. Opening Hours: Saturdays (9 am – 12 pm), May 10th to October 4th. Details: The Easley Farmers Market is a vibrant showcase of fresh produce, local crafts, and community spirit. Explore the market and support local farmers and artisans while enjoying the friendly atmosphere. Please note that the Farmers Market will not be held on July 5th and August 30th. Plan your visit accordingly!
- Bob & Lisa’s Produce – Location: 9706 Anderson Road, Piedmont, SC, 29673. Opening Hours: Mondays – Saturdays (9 am – 7 pm), April – September. Details: From jams and jellies, local coffees, to butter beans, peaches, and squash, this farmer’s market has it all!
Greenville County:
- TD Saturday Market – Location: S. Main St. and E. McBee Avenue, Downtown Greenville, SC, 29601. Opening Hours: Saturdays (8 am – 12 pm), May through October. Details: Two blocks of downtown Greenville’s Main Street are transformed weekly, with over 75 vendors selling produce grown or produced within 100 miles of Greenville and high-quality crafts. All crafters are encouraged to use locally-sourced supplies.
- Frosty Farmer Winter Market – Location: McAlister Square, 225 S. Pleasantburg Dr., Greenville, SC, 29607. Opening Hours: Saturdays (9 am – 1 pm), January through April. Details: Visit over 100 vendors, offering locally grown produce, kombucha, meats, dairy products, honey, pasta, coffee, homemade desserts, and more!
- Slater Marietta Farmers Market – Location: Jimi Turner Park, 210 Baker Circle, Marietta, SC, 29661. Opening Hours: May 10th and 24th, June 14th and 28th, August 9th and 23rd, September 12th and 26th, and October 10th and 24th (4 pm – 7 pm). Details: Shop farmers offering local produce, arts & crafts, baked goods, and more. Then stick around for rotating live music, food trucks, and kids’ activities!
- Beechwood Farms Market – Location: 204 Bates Bridge Road, Marietta, SC, 29661. Opening Hours: Mondays – Saturdays (8 am – 5 pm), May through October. Details: Beechwood Farms is renowned for its fresh, high-quality produce, which includes strawberries, pole beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, squash, bell peppers, and eggplant (some of which are available for U-pick). This locally-grown, high-quality produce can be purchased at their SC Certified Roadside Market.
- Simpsonville Farmers Market – Location: Gracely Park, 100 Park Drive, Simpsonville, SC, 29681. Opening Hours: Saturdays (8 am – 12 pm), May 10th through September 27th. Details: This open-air market is held in the heart of downtown Simpsonville. Their vendors are local farmers and artisans, offering a diverse array of products, including seasonal fruits and vegetables, eggs, artisanal cheeses, locally roasted coffee, meats, health and beauty care, and more. There is a lot to choose from, so bring your reusable shopping bags!
- Bridgeway Station Farmers Market – Location: 1000 Via Corso Ave, Simpsonville, SC, 29681. Opening Hours: Thursdays (4 – 8 pm), May 1st through October 30th. Details: This market features a diverse selection of makers, crafters, and growers (over 50), with live music and family-friendly activities each week!
- Fountain Inn Farmers Market – Location: 110 Depot St, Fountain Inn, SC, 29644. Opening Hours: Saturdays (8 am – 12 pm), May 24th – September 27th. Details: The Fountain Inn Farmers Market is home to the freshest, locally sourced vendors in the area. This market welcomes over 20,000 visitors a year!
- Travelers Rest Farmers Market – Location: Trailblazer Park, 235 Trailblazer Drive, Travelers Rest, SC, 29690. Opening Hours: Saturdays (8:30 am -12 pm), May through September. Details: During the spring and summer seasons, the TR Farmers Market hosts over 70 regular farmers and vendors each week, making it the largest independently run, nonprofit farmers’ market in the state. Don’t miss midweek markets and special events held throughout the year!
- Greer Farmers Market – Location: Greer City Park, 301 E Poinsett St, Greer, SC, 29651. Opening Hours: Summer Sundays – (11 am – 2 pm) May through August; Fall Markets with Greer Alive – Fridays (4:30 – 8 pm), Sept 26th, October 24th and November 14th; Christmas Festival – December 6th and 7th (10 am -2 pm) and Winter Markets (11 am -2 pm), January 12th, February 9th, March 9th, and April 13th. Details: With 40+ local farmers, makers, and bakers, this is a must-visit destination for fresh produce, baked treats, handmade goods, and more. Visitors can enjoy a different theme each week, live music, and food trucks.
Spartanburg County:
- Hub City Farmers Market – Location: Northside Harvest Park, 498 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC, 29303. Opening Hours: Every Saturday (8 am – 12 pm), April 5th – December 13th. Winter Market Hours: January 4th and 25th; February 15th; and March 8th and 29th (10 am -12 pm). Details: Hub City Farmers Market is a Non-Profit Organization committed to increasing the supply, access, and demand of healthy, local food in Spartanburg. From pottery and local goat soap vendors to produce and meat makers, this market has a little bit of everything.
- Landrum Farmers Market – Location: 221 W Rutherford St, Landrum, SC, 29356. Opening Hours: Saturdays (8 am – 12 pm), April – December. Details: Since relocating to its new permanent home, boasting over 15,000 square feet of covered space, locals enjoy shopping at over 50 vendors each week for fresh and local produce, eggs, meats, baked goods, and a limited number of craft vendors.
Cherokee County:
- Gaffney Station Farmers Market – Location: 210 West Frederick Street, Gaffney, SC. Opening Hours: Spring Market – Saturdays (9 am – 12 pm), April 5th through May 31st. Summer Market – Tuesdays and Thursdays (3 – 6 pm) and Saturdays (8 am – 12 pm), June 3rd – September 4th. Fall Market – Saturdays (9 am – 12 pm), September 6th through November 29th. Details: Items sold at this market include local produce, artisanal handicrafts or handmade items, as well as flowers, honey, and potted plants, along with Christmas trees (in season) and firewood.
